Who is responsible for paying the caregiver and handling payroll information?We pay our employees, report all taxes and handle all payroll information.

Do you provide a background check on the caregiver?All of our caregivers are BCI fingerprint, background check & drug screened.

Do you check your employee’s driving record and driver’s license?Yes. All of our caregivers must have a good driving record to provide transportation. Caregivers are required to update driver license and car insurance with us every 90 days.

Do you provide training and updating licensure for the caregivers?Our caregivers are required to do in service every 90 days to stay compliant. Our compliance officer ensure caregivers licensed are up to date.

Are the caregiver supervised?Our caregivers are supervised under a license practical nurse and we do random supervisory visit to check in on our caregivers and clients.

How do we get a replacement caregiver if the primary caregiver is absent?We will notified you immediately before sending out another certified caregiver.

Do you required a service agreement to start service?Yes. There is a contract, but you can cancel service at any time.

How would I know if the caregiver arrives at my home on time?Our clock in the system allows us to see the location of our caregivers.

Does your agency days and time varies if my work schedule changes.Of course. As your schedule change we will work with you to ensure your loved one has care.

Are there a required minimum hours to receive services?Depending on the services needed. Nurse visit is a minimum of 2 hours and in home care service is a minimum of 3 hours.
